FAQ and Help

All audiobooks from LSUS can be found and played through our database Boundless Audiobooks on your computer or phone and the Boundless app. This app is available for free from the Apple Store and Google Play or you can access Boundless from a web browser on your computer.

Finding Audiobooks

1. Go to Boundless . The link to the Boundless Audiobook platform is also available on the library's list of databases.
2. Click the Login button. If prompted, login to Boundless using your regular LSUS login username and password.
3. Browse or search for an audiobook you are interested in.

Playing Audiobooks from your Browser

If you are not already logged in, click the Login button. If prompted, login using your regular LSUS login username and password.

1. Click on the book you want to listen to. This will take you to a page with more information about the book.
2. Click the blue "Checkout" button. 
3. The "Checkout" button will change to say "Listen." Click to hear the book. 

Books are "checked out" to your account for 3 weeks at a time. Any audiobook you have checked out will appear in the "My Shelf" section, which can be found using the menu in the upper left hand corner of the screen. You can return to the website to continue listening anytime.

Navigating your Audiobook in your Browser

In the bar at the top of the webpage for the audiobook, there are serveral navigation options. You can:

• Select chapters and sections
• Set play speed
• Add or select bookmarks
• Set a sleep timer

Using the Axis360 App

The Boundless app from Baker & Taylor is available for free from the Apple App store and Google Play.

Download the App onto your phone or mobile device.

Search for "Louisiana State University Shreveport" and select LSUS.

Sign in using your regular LSUS login username and password.

Browse using the "Library" button at the bottom of the screen or search using the search icon at the top of the screen.

Checking Out Books

• Click on a book to select it.
• Press the blue "Checkout" button to check it out. Your audiobook will automatically download to your device.
• Select "Listen" to hear your book.

Listening to Checked-Out Books

• Press the "My Shelf" button at the bottom of the screen.
• Select the book you want to hear.
• Click the play button to start listening.
