FAQ and Help

When accessing e-books and databases from off-campus, you will need to log in using your LSUS credentials. Unless you close your browser, you should only have to enter your credentials once per user session. 

Your Credentials are the same username and password you use to log in to other LSUS resources like MOODLE and email.

Students:

• Your username is YourStudentID@lsus.edu (e.g. z00000000@lsus.edu).
• Your password is usually your myLSUS PIN

Faculty and Staff:

• Your username is Username@lsus.edu (E.g. jdoe@lsus.edu)
