During operating hours, research help is available through chat or e-mail. If you need help outside of operating hours submitting a support ticket or e-mails will be answered as soon as operating hours resume (usually within 24 hours).
You can also get in-person research help by talking with with one of our librarians. The Research Services desk is located on the first floor of Noel Memorial Library and is staffed by librarians who are experts in the research process.
We also offer more in-depth custom research help through our Book-a-Librarian service. Appointments acan be requested in person or online at a time that is convenient for you by using our scheduling platform.
