Noel Memorial Library is part of a state university and is open to the public with restrictions.

Public Patrons

Public patrons are welcome to visit, have access to guest wifi, and may use public copiers and scanners. 

Study rooms, circulation services, and printing are restricted to use by currently-enrolled LSUS students.

Alumni and Friends of the Library

Members of the LSUS Alumni Association and Friends of Noel Memorial Library may check out books. 

Students at other Universities

Students attending other Louisiana universities or colleges may be issued a reciprocal borrowing card by their institutions that enable them to check out books.

Special Collections

The J.S. Noel Collection and the NWLA Archives offer additional services to visiting researchers and public patrons with appointments.
